Membership Rates

The current yearly membership rates are: £10 individual/£15 family.

The current membership year runs to March 31st 2013, BUT for membership applications made between February 1st 2013 and March 31st 2013, you will get the remainder of this year, plus all of the following membership year (till March 31st 2014) for the £10/£15 price. Membership can either be made online or via a paper form and cheque/cash.

NOTE, we use the PayPal payments system to provide secure processing of your payment - you can either use your existing PayPal account, or you can just use a credit/debit securely through the PayPal system

Member Benefits

In joining Ilkley Cycling Club, you will get to meet and ride with hundreds of cyclists from Ilkley and the surrounding areas (although perhaps not all at once!).

Woman MTB There is a regular programme of club rides, with Sunday and Thursday nights being our main focal points but there are lots of other opportunities to ride.See Rides

We also stage monthly “Family Rides” where we encourage families to join us on a Sunday for a leisurely ride, with a stop for refreshments and some fun along the way. We organise a regular set of social activities, and our Thursday post ride meetings are a great chance to have a chat over a drink, and to find out what developments there have been in the club. Want to have a go at the Manchester Velodrome? Well come on one of our organised trips.

Affiliations

The club is affiliated to British Cycling as well as the Cycling Time Trials Organisation

Many members have individual race licences and compete in a range of events including MTBs, cyclocross, time-trialling and road racing.

A special arrangement with British Cycling means that club members joining British Cycling as individuals for the first time will get their first year’s bronze membership free. This is a saving of £13.50 per person. Please see the attached PDF for details.

Leeds CyclePoint offers FREE daily parking of bikes at their great facility at Leeds Rail Station. This is a saving of £1 per stay, or £120 for a yearly pass. You will get a ticket when you leave your bike but on redemption, show your valid ICC membership card and the fee will be waived.
