Annual General Meeting 22nd February 2018

Please come along and join us for the clubs AGM.

As per the constitution the Club is required to have an Annual General Meeting every year and no more than 15 months after the previous meeting. The last meeting was 2nd February 2017

At the AGM we will look back at the clubs achievements over the last year and make plans for developments for the year ahead. If you would like a say in the way the club moves forward come along and share your ideas.

At every AGM:

a. The Members will elect a Committee including a Chair, Treasurer and Secretary to serve until the next AGM;

b. The Treasurer will produce accounts of the Club for the latest financial year audited as the Committee shall decide;

c. The Committee will present a report on the Club’s activities since the previous AGM;

d. The Members will appoint a suitable person to audit the accounts; and

e. The Members will discuss and vote on any resolution (whether about policy or to change the Rules) and deal with any other business put to the meeting.

We are taking nominations for all roles.  If you are interested in getting involved please do speak to an existing committee member.
